Ms. Louden, Job Corps representative, is an Administrator with Los Angeles Job Corps Center and was appointed to the L.A. County Workforce Investment Board in May 30, 2000. Ms. Louden also serves on the L.A. County WIB Youth Council. Other professional/business affiliations include: Acting Chairperson of the Los Angeles Veterans Employment Committee; Treasurer of the Los Angeles Veterans Employment Committee. Ms. Louden brings to the L.A. County WIB over 26 years of experience working with at-risk youth.
